We ship with PostNL parcel service, within the Netherlands you will receive your order within 7 days. Outside the Netherlands this can take up to three weeks, depending on the location. We will do our utmost to get your new lamp in the mail as quickly as possible! (Delivery times may vary slightly during promotions and holidays or due to Covid19). 

You don't have to pay shipping costs!

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Did you not receive this? Please contact us to check whether this has gone through correctly. As soon as we post your package, we will send you an email with the track & trace so you can follow your new lamp on the way home!

NB: Always check your entered address. Designstracker does not guarantee any address details that have been entered incorrectly or incompletely. 

Address change? No problem! Send us a message with the new address. We will immediately adjust this for you, provided that your order is not yet on its way, of course!

My package has not yet been delivered, help!
Your package may have been delayed by the carrier. Due to the crowds (due to Covid) at PostNL, it can take up to 3 working days longer than normal before your package is delivered!
