RETURNS
Follow the steps below:​

Register your return within 14 weeks of receipt by sending an email to info@designstracker.com

Please indicate the reason for return and we would also like to receive your name and order number.

Send the relevant article to the address below within 7 days of registration. Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging.

Clearly state your name and order number on or in the package.

As soon as we have received your return in good order and without damage, we will credit the purchase amount.

The purchase amount will be credited to your account within 48 hours of receipt!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can of course return it! This is possiblewithin 14 days of receipt of the product. You can register the return by sending a message to: info@designstracker.com
The shipping costs for returning your package are at your own expense.As soon as we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 48 hours.
